About the Role
You will drive strategic and operational initiatives for Product or go-to-market organizations, own operating rhythms and executive reporting, build dashboards and metrics, support pricing and commercialization strategy, and use AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows.
Requirements
- 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles
- Ability to prioritize work with autonomy amid ambiguity
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to drive cross-functional consensus
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
- Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or go-to-market organization
- Own monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures
- Partner on pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy
- Use AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows
