About the Role
You will support reconciliation, audit, and reporting processes. You will manage transaction-discrepancy tickets, work with bank statements and settlement files, download reconciliation reports and KPIs, and generate discrepancy alerts.
Requirements
- Be available to start the productive stage
- Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain
- Reside in Bogotá or surrounding areas
- Have proactive and assertive communication skills
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Handle tickets related to transaction discrepancies for payers
- Download daily reconciliation reports from Simetrik
- Upload and download invoices, reports, and settlement files
- Download daily KPIs from Tableau and Looker
- Generate alerts for discrepancies in daily bank and transaction reconciliations
- Organize daily settlement files
