About the Role
You will install, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain mining machines and facility equipment. You will respond to power, network, and overheating events, manage cooling equipment, track assets, document operations, and help improve facility workflows.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Docs, inventory-management software, and machine-monitoring software
- Mechanical aptitude
- Communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work around heat, noise, and vibration
- Ability to perform physical work and frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, and test equipment
- Install and maintain mining machines and facility equipment
- Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance
- Supervise mining machines and network equipment
- Operate cooling equipment
- Configure and deploy replacement machines
- Respond to power failures, network issues, and overheating events
- Maintain asset-tracking logs
- Prepare daily equipment operations and maintenance reports
- Analyze facility workflows and issues
- Contribute to technical reports and the operations knowledge base
