About the Role

You will lead affiliate growth strategy and execution in Türkiye. You will identify and develop affiliates, build relationships with high-net-worth clients, professional traders, influencers, and KOLs, and run local marketing activities, events, and campaigns. You will use data analysis and segmentation to improve affiliate acquisition performance and grow awareness of the OKX brand.

Requirements

• Experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related field
• Track record of building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Connections in Türkiye with high-net-worth clients and professional traders
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods using data analysis and segmentation
• Fluency in English and Turkish

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships involving high-net-worth clients and professional traders across Türkiye
• Manage and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients in Türkiye
• Build partnerships with local influencers and KOLs to acquire users
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, and media channels
• Expand the user base and grow OKX brand awareness in Türkiye
• Devise creative ways to identify affiliates and KOLs and acquire users in the local market
