About the Role

You will work closely with the CEO to drive partnerships and business development. You will define a plan of potential partnerships, establish and grow relationships, prepare presales materials, assess opportunity costs and returns, and liaise with internal teams to verify technical, commercial and regulatory requirements. You will negotiate commercial terms, supervise contractual agreements, support technical integrations, and maintain ongoing partner relations while resolving or escalating issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in business development, preferably in blockchain or cryptocurrency
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partnership engagements simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability to assess partnership viability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a partnerships plan
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing partners
  • Prepare presales materials such as presentations and business cases
  • Analyze opportunities and estimate costs and potential returns
  • Negotiate commercial terms and supervise contractual agreements
  • Support technical integration and provide business support during integration
  • Maintain partner relations and resolve or escalate issues
