About the Role
You will develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns while building new affiliate networks and improving existing affiliate performance. You will expand local influencer resources that bring trading users and income to the platform, identify potential affiliates, optimize business-development strategy and actions for conversion, and analyze user habits and behavior to assess business-development trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
- Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Understanding of affiliate customer-acquisition KPIs and optimization methods
- Ability to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
