About the Role

Lead business development directly under the CEO, shaping company positioning, partner proposals, institutional and B2B use cases, financial models, and partnership opportunities across digital-asset financial infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Work directly with overseas partners in English.
  • Have experience designing company business structures and financial projections and completing them in documents and models.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in business development, business planning, strategic planning, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Proactively contact customers and partners and communicate by phone when appropriate.
  • Create proposals in undefined areas, pursue them persistently, and responsibly maintain commitments.
  • Maintain accurate company positioning and appropriate messaging in external communications.

Responsibilities

  • Write Korean and English company profiles and partner-specific business proposals.
  • Design proposal structures for institutional and B2B use cases such as stablecoin payments and business-to-business settlement.
  • Participate in financial institution and institutional customer meetings with the CEO.
  • Lead working-level negotiations, coordinate requirements, partnership terms, and schedules, and hand off agreed work to execution teams.
  • Write applications and presentations for financial-sector open innovation and accelerator programs.
  • Contact overseas stablecoin issuers, custodians, and blockchain infrastructure providers.
  • Discover, structure, and negotiate partnership opportunities.
  • Design the company’s business structure and financial projections.
  • Complete business plans, company profiles, and investor-relations materials to support fundraising.
