About the Role

You will engage prospective SME members, explain the benefits of the finance app, and convert high-interest leads into active members. You will guide applicants through onboarding, build trusted relationships, identify relevant product opportunities, and resolve documentation or application issues with KYC agents. You will also gather onboarding feedback and share insights to improve the member experience.

Requirements

  • Native-level spoken and written French proficiency.
  • Experience in telesales, business development, or customer service with the ability to convert leads into customers.
  • Ability to upsell relevant products and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with KYC requirements and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and financial regulations, or previous fintech experience.
  • Experience using Zendesk, predictive dialers, or CRM and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective SME members, address objections, and communicate the benefits of the Tide app.
  • Call prospective members who have started an application and guide them through completion.
  • Build relationships with prospective members and identify relevant financial products and services.
  • Work with KYC agents to verify documentation, resolve application issues, and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend additional services that align with prospective members' needs.
  • Gather onboarding feedback and share insights with internal teams.
