About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of business clients, maintain client relationships, and provide advice and solutions for client cases. You will offer business banking and lending products, improve service quality, resolve client enquiries, and identify and attract new clients.
Requirements
- Have completed or be pursuing a master's degree in economics or another relevant field.
- Know accounting and finance.
- Have sales skills and customer orientation.
- Have analytical skills.
- Have Microsoft Office skills.
- English is an advantage.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business clients.
- Maintain client relationships, provide advice, and find solutions for client cases.
- Offer the full range of banking products for business clients, including lending products.
- Propose improvements to service quality.
- Resolve client enquiries.
- Identify and attract new clients in the segment.
