About the Role
You will collaborate on the design, administration and optimization of technological solutions using Artificial Intelligence and No-Code/Low-Code tools, learning to design flows that eliminate manual tasks. You will configure and maintain workflows in Zapier, Make and n8n, help implement AI agents that understand context such as classifying support tickets or extracting key data from documents, and consume APIs and webhooks to connect internal tools with external platforms. You will also support the technical administration of Zendesk and other platforms, research new tools and prompting techniques to improve LLM integrations, and help create manuals and diagrams documenting automated workflows so knowledge is shared and scalable within the team.
Requirements
- Currently studying a degree or master's program in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- Ability to sign an internship agreement between the university and Cabify
- Initial or academic experience with AI models such as agents and process automation
- Experience with No-Code or Low-Code tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar
- Understanding of basic data structures such as JSON and conditional flows
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- Strong self-taught mindset and curiosity for technology
