About the Role

You will deliver white glove service to institutional clients throughout their ongoing account management activities, rotating across custody activity, client experience, and settlements. You will execute end-to-end settlement operations, reconcile activity across internal systems and external venues, validate on-chain transactions, maintain documentation and controls, and partner cross-functionally to improve tools and strengthen controls.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support in digital assets, fintech, or traditional finance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows concurrently
  • Experience reconciling transactions and balances across systems and documenting findings
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts and explorers, or strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Clear communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and practical, risk-aware mindset

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end settlement operations for institutional clients, including receiving, verifying, and processing requests accurately and on time
  • Reconcile activity across internal systems and external venues such as banking portals, custodians, and exchanges
  • Use blockchain explorers to validate on-chain transactions
  • Maintain documentation and controls for repeatable settlement workflows and contribute to runbooks and knowledge-sharing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Trading, Client Ops, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to improve tools and strengthen controls
  • Manage settlement complexities across digital assets and fiat currencies under strict time constraints
  • Prioritize competing demands, resolve discrepancies, and escalate appropriately
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase throughput, resiliency, and auditability
  • Stay current with crypto market structure, operational best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and external counterparties
