About the Role
You will support enterprise clients with order entry, execution, FIX sessions, account management, and OMS functionality. You will monitor trading activity and corporate actions, troubleshoot operational issues, collaborate with trading, IT, and compliance stakeholders, maintain regulatory compliance, identify risks, and share client feedback to improve services and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations trading or a related field
- Experience in customer support relationship management and trading services
- Experience with trading platforms and equities trading
- Familiarity with the FIX protocol
- Options experience is a plus
- FINRA Series 7 63 or local equivalent with willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient verbal communication in a language other than English
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-level clients through phone email and chat
- Investigate and resolve account management order entry processing execution FIX session and OMS issues
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and technical issues
- Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies
- Provide timely alerts support guidance and market insights
- Monitor corporate actions including dividends stock splits and mergers
- Collaborate with trading desks operations IT and compliance teams
- Collect client feedback and share insights with product development and management
- Ensure client interactions and trading activities comply with regulations and internal policies
- Identify and address risks associated with client operations and trading processes
