About the Role
You will manage account-level risk and daily margin operations. You will review margin calls resolve escalations monitor alerts test products maintain interest-rate accuracy document procedures and coordinate with operational and technical partners to improve efficiency and manage critical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63
- Understanding of equities and options strategies
- Proficiency with technology and data-driven tools
- Strong analytical skills including critical thinking and data analysis
- Knowledge of Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210
- Knowledge of Robinhood products
- Experience with retail client margin calls
- FINRA Series 24 preferred
Responsibilities
- Review daily margin calls and execute the margin sellout process
- Perform recovery efforts across multiple entities for accurate reconciliation
- Use AI initiatives to improve workflows and automate routine tasks
- Serve as a subject matter expert during system outages and participate in on-call support
- Test new products and existing processes
- Resolve margin-related escalations
- Monitor intraday alerts and resolve account issues
- Partner with clearing engineering product and international functions to improve operations
- Manage margin interest rates and support negotiated and promotional rate programs
- Maintain records and improve SOPs and Help Center articles
- Follow firm procedures and industry regulations
