About the Role

You will process corporate actions for assigned client workflows, manage elections and instructions, reconcile cash positions and entitlements, resolve exceptions, maintain control documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support onboarding and process improvements, and guide analysts.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate actions or investment operations.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive workflows and operational risk in a production environment.
  • Experience with reconciliation and exception management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear professional communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines across multiple workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with multiple client environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aladdin and Corporate Actions Manager is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT corporate actions message types MT56x and custodian communication practices is preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement change delivery testing UAT or operational transformation is preferred.
  • Exposure to workflow platforms data tools or operations technology systems is preferred.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of active uniformed service.
  • Fewer than 5 years of civilian work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree obtained before or after military service.
  • Open to U.S. veterans regardless of rank or branch of service.
  • Ability to commence employment in late October or early November 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end corporate actions processing for assigned client environments.
  • Manage elections and instructions with custodians and counterparties.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and resolve cash position and entitlement discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong controls and audit-ready documentation.
  • Escalate risks and control concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve queries and service issues.
  • Support onboarding and client workflow changes.
  • Participate in process and technology improvements.
  • Provide guidance to analysts and support knowledge transfer.
