About the Role
You will manage corporate action events from notification through processing reconciliation and closure. You will verify records investigate discrepancies communicate with custodians and fund managers and support quality reviews and process improvements while meeting regulatory and operational standards.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Experience with CREST or equivalent systems is advantageous
- Previous corporate actions or investment operations experience is desirable
- Understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle and financial instruments
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and solve problems
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions
- Capture verify and update corporate action events
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and queries
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Collaborate with custodians fund managers and internal departments
- Support quality assurance reviews
- Maintain and update operational procedures
- Identify process improvements
- Monitor market and regulatory changes
