About the Role
You will identify customer and stakeholder needs, document project goals, and turn them into user stories and workflows. You will engage Legal, Risk, and Compliance, validate solutions, introduce product enhancements, measure results, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of business analysis experience delivering digital solutions
- Agile team experience
- Data-driven problem solving
- Knowledge of account maintenance, account opening, or money movement is desirable
- No immigration sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Identify and document customer, stakeholder, and project needs
- Create user stories and cross-functional workflows
- Lead engagement with Legal, Risk, and Compliance
- Ensure solutions meet defined requirements
- Develop strategies for new products and features
- Measure solution effectiveness and identify improvements
