About the Role
You will lead product definition, rollout, and introduction for photonics-enabled solutions. You will shape SKU and pricing strategy, build industry partnerships, manage product lifecycles, support key-account proposals, and develop technical and commercial materials.
Requirements
- Detailed market and technical knowledge of silicon photonics and related optical technologies.
- 10+ years of related experience, including 6+ years in product management, marketing, applications engineering, or business development for complex semiconductor products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Experience driving products from business definition through design-in, volume production, and end of life.
- Experience with datacenter-deployed technology and optical-component management, provisioning, operation, and maintenance.
- End-to-end knowledge of semiconductor chip design and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for product and business strategy.
- Experience using financial indicators and metrics to drive profitable business decisions.
- Ability to align multidisciplinary teams and accelerate delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
- Drive product definition, SKU strategy, and commercial positioning for silicon photonics products.
- Drive strategic industry partnerships for optical hardware solutions.
- Manage product rollouts and full lifecycle management from development through volume production.
- Partner with sales to win key accounts through proposals, technical collateral, and value propositions.
- Establish pricing guidelines, margin models, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to produce outbound collateral and technical documentation.
