About the Role
You will work directly with banking and institutional clients to elicit and document business requirements, map processes, and create functional specifications and user stories. You will translate business needs into clear technical specifications, document data flows and system integration requirements, and support user acceptance testing. You will run stakeholder interviews, facilitate communication between business and technical audiences, and assist with change management and end-user training to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst (internships in banking, fintech, or consulting count)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with requirements documentation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, or similar)
- Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Eagerness to learn about blockchain technology and financial services
- Languages: French and English required; Swiss German, German and/or Italian a plus
- Location: Switzerland, with focus on Geneva
