About the Role

You will repair, calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot, and upgrade automated robotic vehicle fleets at customer sites. You will document maintenance work in CMMS, communicate production-impacting issues, support robot commissioning and recovery, and follow safety procedures while traveling full time.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical automation systems
High-level robotic troubleshooting and strong electro-mechanical skills
Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, electrical troubleshooting, and repairs
Ability to provide training and system expertise to team members
Ability to work independently and represent the Field Service Team at remote sites
Ability to lead a team and delegate daily functions
English written and verbal literacy
Valid driver’s license
100% travel availability

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety commitments and procedures
Inspect and upgrade automated storage and retrieval systems and autonomous vehicle fleets
Adjust, calibrate, repair, replace, and modify fleet system components
Troubleshoot robotic vehicle anomalies and stoppages
Inspect delivered robotic vehicles and verify quality standards
Document inspections, repairs, parts, and labor in CMMS
Communicate production-impacting problems and corrective actions
Support commissioning of new robot fleet vehicles
Recover automated robotic vehicles
Clean equipment and remove replaced parts after repairs
