About the Role
You will identify and source relevant partners across token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, and Web3 infrastructure. You will build and prioritize a structured partnership pipeline, develop tailored value propositions and partner materials, lead activations from agreement to go-live, measure MAU and revenue impact, and run post-launch analysis to scale successes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the crypto industry
- Strong existing network across ecosystems, token projects, DeFi, gaming, or Web3
- Experience structuring co-marketing and commercial partnership deals
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance strategic and commercial interests
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing partnership performance
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level
Responsibilities
- Identify and source relevant projects across ecosystems, token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, and Web3 infrastructure
- Leverage cold and warm introductions and segment the internal partner database
- Build and prioritize a structured pipeline of high-impact partnership opportunities
- Develop tailored value propositions from co-marketing to commercial B2C and B2B deals
- Prepare partner-facing materials including partner decks and customized proposals
- Lead partnership activation from agreement to go-live
- Measure impact on MAU growth, B2C/B2B revenue, and CAC via partnerships
- Conduct post-analysis to evaluate results and scale successful models
