About the Role
You will prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and food products; serve customers accurately; operate espresso equipment; maintain clean, safe work areas; complete daily checklists and records; and support catering and events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of barista experience or 2+ years of customer service experience in a food service environment with coffee or beverage services
- Ability to carry items up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per day
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
- Availability for all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler card or ability to obtain one
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and clean workstations and service spaces
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and drip coffee stations
- Complete daily records, tasks, and opening and closing checklists
- Meet leadership time and quality standards
- Engage customers and fulfill orders
- Assist with catering and event requests
- Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and food products
- Operate espresso machines proficiently
