About the Role
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack product capabilities spanning backend services, data pipelines, and user-facing applications. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, guide architecture and code-quality decisions, and build scalable systems for real-time security use cases. You will also uphold testing, observability, performance, and reliability standards while contributing to planning, sprint execution, and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Demonstrate experience as a Team Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
- Possess strong hands-on full-stack development experience
- Have at least 5 years of Python backend experience
- Have experience with modern frontend technologies such as React
- Have experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Have solid experience with SQL databases, with PostgreSQL considered an advantage
- Understand CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
- Understand Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Be able to mentor engineers and lead a team toward high-quality delivery
- Hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science or possess equivalent experience
