About the Role
You will build and ship reliable, secure, and scalable backend systems, owning implementation from design to deployment while ensuring maintainability and performance. You will participate in architectural discussions, refactor legacy codebases, handle incident response and root cause analysis, improve observability, write clear and testable code, contribute to code reviews and design discussions, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang) in production environments.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Comfort with Git and CI/CD tooling.
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies, especially React and/or Next.js.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, with GCP preferred.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to technical scoping and estimation for features and infrastructure work.
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve the developer experience.
