About the Role
You will build and maintain backend systems for crypto payments, improve existing services and processes, and implement supplier and third-party integrations. You will help ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability while collaborating across disciplines. You may also design, build, and optimize internal search capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience with MongoDB and Typesense
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or similar
- Ability to make technical decisions and mentor junior people
- Excellent English communication skills
- Interest in AI-augmented programming workflows
