About the Role

Build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in Canada through integrated B2B campaigns, localized global programs, enterprise pipeline generation, brand growth with technical buyers, local market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign measurement.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
Experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that create measurable enterprise pipeline.
Experience implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish with accountability for ROI.
Deep knowledge of the Canadian market, enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, identify opportunities, and move quickly across multiple marketing functions.
High standards for quality, clarity, and impact.
Curiosity about AI and the technology ecosystem, with strong marketing judgment.

Responsibilities

Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
Localize and execute ABM, content, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound programs.
Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Canadian market and provide local buyer, competitive, and regulatory insights.
Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams.
Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, measure results, run experiments, and improve campaign effectiveness.
