About the Role

You will own the health and performance of AV rooms and event spaces. You will run maintenance, manage support requests, diagnose recurring issues, maintain inventory and documentation, support live and hybrid events, direct vendors, and communicate technical status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support experience
• Experience owning and supporting a standing AV estate
• Fluency with room systems, event audio, video, camera, and streaming
• Ability to independently prioritize maintenance, support, and events
• Experience with maintenance cadences, intake processes, and documentation
• End-to-end ownership of recurring issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Own the health, readiness, and performance of AV rooms and event spaces
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and room sweeps
• Maintain AV equipment inventory, spares strategy, and replacement cycles
• Coordinate AV scope for office moves, room reconfigurations, and new-space readiness
• Triage, prioritize, resolve, and escalate AV support requests
• Diagnose faults and drive recurring issues to root cause
• Create runbooks, procedures, and knowledge-base documentation
• Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events
• Operate audio, video, camera, playback, and streaming systems
• Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor
