About the Role
Lead a team of Audio Engineers, create and refine custom voices, clean and prepare customer audio for cloning and generation, provide technical training on ElevenLabs tools, join customer calls, support creative direction, and provide hands-on audio engineering for customer workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing, mastering, or related fields
- Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton
- Deep knowledge of voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
