About the Role

You will lead phage display campaigns and build high-throughput platforms for measuring protein-protein interactions. You will develop assays, establish quality controls, analyze screening outputs, and work with scientific partners to produce model-ready binding datasets.

Requirements

  • MS with 3+ years of industry experience or PhD with 0–2 years of industry experience in a relevant discipline
  • Hands-on phage display and antibody discovery experience
  • Molecular biology skills for library construction
  • NGS-based screening knowledge
  • Ability to turn sequencing data into quantitative measurements
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Record-keeping

Responsibilities

  • Build high-throughput platforms for identifying and measuring protein-protein interactions
  • Lead phage display campaigns from library construction through panning, NGS, and hit validation
  • Design and troubleshoot selection strategies, antigen selection, library QC, and stringency selections
  • Plan campaigns with machine learning and protein design scientists
  • Define binding-data requirements for model training and evaluation
