About the Role
You will build consultative relationships with client stakeholders and advise them on private markets data, products, and workflows. You will support onboarding, adoption, and renewal, identify risks and growth opportunities, resolve complex enquiries, and share client feedback with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role in private markets, financial services, SaaS, technology, or a related industry
- Full professional proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Build consultative partnerships with client stakeholders and align capabilities with their objectives and workflows
- Support onboarding, adoption, and renewal with Client Engagement
- Use client usage and engagement insights to identify adoption opportunities, churn signals, and friction
- Develop expertise in private markets data, eFront, and Aladdin to resolve client enquiries and improve workflows
- Collaborate with Client Engagement, Sales, and the broader client business to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve issues, share client feedback, and improve processes and knowledge sharing
