About the Role

You rotate across operations functions including settlements, reconciliation, know-your-customer reviews, customer success, finance, compliance, and risk management. You process transactions, monitor balances, investigate discrepancies, support clients, maintain financial records, review alerts, and help manage regulatory and enterprise risk activities.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Effective oral and written communication
• Problem-solving and learning agility
• Organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Review and process fiat, crypto, digital asset, financial market, and corporate disbursement transactions
• Monitor bank, wallet, and account balances
• Reconcile cash balances and digital asset positions
• Validate and report customer and proprietary account balances and transaction records
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Review client documentation and conduct enhanced customer due diligence
• Complete client risk profiles and process relationship updates using KYC tools
• Perform periodic client profile reviews and audit auto-verified clients
• Support clients with transaction concerns, technical issues, claims, and complaints
• Resolve account requests and escalate fraud or compromised account concerns
• Record company transactions and oversee weekly transaction cycles
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
• Maintain monthly schedules and record adjusting entries
• Manage flagged customer account cases
• Review transaction monitoring parameters and submit CTRs and STRs
• Help execute the enterprise risk management framework
