About the Role
You will oversee daily custody operations, including accurate records, settlements, reconciliations, transaction approvals, issue triage, and reporting. You will coach team members, improve processes and risk controls, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help maintain policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Significant operations experience, including oversight of daily functions, work assignment, training, and coaching
- Knowledge of money movement, reconciliation, and settlement
- Project management and decision-making skills
- Experience improving operational workflows in a controlled environment
- Experience supporting production and non-production testing
- Relationship-building skills
- Digital asset operations knowledge
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily custody operations are completed accurately and on time
- Provide operational support for settlement, reconciliation, transaction review, issue triage, and reporting
- Coach team members on daily operational activities
- Collaborate with business partners to support client needs and improve processes
- Identify and improve risk-mitigation areas
- Develop digital-asset operations expertise and share it across the organization
- Maintain policies and procedures with internal and external business partners
