About the Role
You will own regional execution for on-road vehicle programs, beginning with commercial trucking. You will manage fleet and site readiness, develop safety and incident-response playbooks, scale local operations, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure safe, compliant public-road operations.
Requirements
- Experience leading on-road commercial vehicle, autonomy, or complex fleet operations
- Experience standing up and scaling multiple operational programs or vehicle lines
- Experience owning safety processes and incident response for public-road operations
- Experience partnering with OEMs, regulators, or fleet customers
- Experience managing multi-site or international operations
- Ability to operate hands-on with commercial vehicles
Responsibilities
- Lead regional vehicle operations across on-road programs
- Manage fleet readiness, daily execution, and operational performance
- Develop ramp plans and scaling strategies for local operations
- Build playbooks for safety, on-road execution, incident response, and escalation
- Partner with engineering, product, safety, legal, OEMs, and fleet partners
- Implement safety protocols and best practices that meet regulatory standards
