You will lead defined-benefit operations and ensure quality client and operational service. You will oversee service levels, mentor staff, manage capacity and budgets, improve processes, mitigate operational risks, and lead organizational and operational change with internal partners and clients.

- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of benefits outsourcing plan administration experience
- Management experience
- Defined benefit domain expertise

Responsibilities
- Oversee the team to meet customer service levels and expectations
- Represent defined benefit operations in planning activities and meetings
- Mentor and develop team members
- Support senior management's strategic goals
- Improve processes and achieve cost-reduction and customer-satisfaction targets
- Mitigate operational defects and procedural gaps
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and succession planning
- Lead organizational and operational changes
- Serve as an internal point of contact for clients and resolve issues
