About the Role

You will process and administer Open Account Trade transactions accurately and within required turnaround times. You will handle invoices, supporting documents, disbursements, payments, and overdue-invoice follow-up. You will communicate with stakeholders and clients, maintain regulatory compliance, and identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Trade finance products and documentation experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Gen AI tools or data analytics is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Process and administer Open Account Trade transactions in compliance with policies and requirements
  • Process applications, invoices, transport documents, and supporting documents
  • Process client disbursements
  • Apply received payments to outstanding invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to address transaction queries
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance guidelines and ensure process compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
