About the Role
You will analyze defined-benefit operations, lead complex client issues to resolution, and support client improvements, corporate actions, and change orders. You will guide client teams, manage project responsibilities, analyze data and plan documentation, recommend process changes, and help implement and test solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to seven or more years of defined benefit or pension plan administration experience.
- Project management or analytics experience.
- Ability to run queries, analyze large datasets, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
- Mathematical and analytical skills for complex defined benefit calculations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and data analytics.
- Client management experience including requirement discovery and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and drive operational services and efficiencies.
- Lead ad hoc client and internal projects.
- Provide advice on plan-documentation discrepancies and guidelines.
- Guide client teams in resolving escalated client or participant issues.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for problem resolution, transactions, and data questions.
- Lead client plan processes, procedures, and calculations.
- Analyze operational issues and recommend business solutions.
- Implement and test solutions for defects, corporate actions, and special projects.
