About the Role
You will provide medical oversight for a Phase 1 clinical program and support pipeline programs preparing for IND submission. You will serve as medical monitor, review safety and clinical data, guide protocol adherence, prepare study documents, support regulatory interactions, and develop relationships with clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- MD or PharmD with clinical oncology and biotech or pharmaceutical oncology drug-development experience preferred
- PhD with at least 3 years of biotech or pharmaceutical oncology drug-development experience
- Medical monitor experience on a clinical trial
- Experience executing clinical studies and interacting with regulatory agencies
- Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Serve as medical monitor for assigned clinical trials
- Collaborate with research and development functions to execute clinical trials
- Review adverse events, serious adverse events, protocol deviations, and safety signals
- Provide guidance on patient eligibility and protocol adherence
- Prepare and review protocols, amendments, investigator brochures, consent forms, and clinical study reports
- Review and interpret clinical trial data
- Support regulatory submissions and meetings
- Develop partnerships with key opinion leaders, centers of excellence, and patient advocacy organizations
- Develop advisory-board content
- Prepare scientific abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts
