About the Role
You will develop and run antibody and recombinant-protein expression, purification, characterization, and formulation workflows. You will build and qualify laboratory capabilities, assess AI-designed antibodies for manufacturability, plan CMC work for IND-enabling studies, coordinate external manufacturing, maintain experimental records, and communicate scientific findings.

Responsibilities
- Develop expression and purification processes for antibodies and recombinant proteins
- Characterize proteins using analytical methods
- Build, install, qualify, and scale laboratory workflows and equipment
- Evaluate AI-designed antibodies for manufacturability and report experimental results
- Plan CMC work toward IND-enabling studies and coordinate technology transfer and manufacturing
- Maintain high-quality batch records, methods, raw data, and failure documentation
- Communicate findings to biology, AI research, and life sciences audiences
