About the Role
Conceptualize, implement, and manage growth initiatives for early- to mid-stage builders across DeFi, gaming, NFTs, and other verticals. Prioritize strategies using creativity and data-driven evidence, improve internal and external systems, collaborate across teams, manage ecosystem programs, research DeFi and Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, and support token utility.
Requirements
- Two or more years of ecosystem growth or business development experience at a Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain or similar organization
- Experience onboarding and growing projects from the ground up
- Bias toward action and strong execution skills
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and relationships
- Experience developing trading systems or financial products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute initiatives to grow the ecosystem
- Collaborate with Business Development, Developer Relations, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage relationships with builders, investors, exchanges, and infrastructure providers
- Manage grants programs and hackathons
- Research DeFi protocols and Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems
- Support efforts to drive token utility
- Maintain and improve internal and external systems and processes
