About the Role
You will lead end-to-end clinical supply strategies for global programs from early phases through Phase III trials. You will manage demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory, vendors, depots, and IRT/RTSM systems. You will develop data-driven workflows, supply tools, SOPs, and risk-mitigation plans while aligning with Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and CMC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of clinical project management or clinical supply chain management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
- Experience managing clinical supply chains for late-stage Phase IIb or Phase III pivotal trials
- Knowledge of global clinical trial supply operations and import/export regulations
- Experience designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems
- Understanding of cGMP/cGCP guidelines and blinded operational protocols
- Experience managing packaging vendors, global depots, and clinical supply budgets
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for global programs
- Oversee demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, logistics, and inventory management
- Manage packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots
- Implement and optimize IRT/RTSM logic
- Build data-driven workflows for forecasting, inventory, and logistics
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and CMC
- Create scalable supply tools, SOPs, and risk-mitigation strategies
