About the Role
You will support material planning and inventory control. You will conduct Clear to Build analysis, monitor stock levels and inventory trends, coordinate material transfers, reconcile physical and system inventory, investigate discrepancies, process adjustments, and recommend material reallocation, disposal, or procurement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with data and learn inventory-management systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work onsite
Responsibilities
- Conduct Clear to Build analysis to track assembly timelines and flag material shortages or surpluses
- Review stock levels and monitor inventory trends
- Coordinate material transfers between headquarters and the Mexico subsidiary
- Reconcile physical and system inventory
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions
- Process inventory adjustments
- Conduct project-specific inventory reviews
- Recommend material reallocation, disposal, or procurement
