About the Role
You will support silicon production planning from wafer starts through assembly and test. You will translate demand into supply plans, track production and capacity, manage risks, maintain planning models, and coordinate recovery actions with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in semiconductor supply planning, production planning, operations, or supply chain
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows
- Knowledge of FEOL and BEOL foundry processes
- Knowledge of OSAT operations including wafer probe, assembly, and test
- Experience with demand and supply balancing, forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply-risk mitigation
Responsibilities
- Support silicon production planning from wafer starts through assembly and test
- Translate demand forecasts into wafer requirements and wafer-start plans
- Track WIP, cycle time, aging, material readiness, and output projections
- Monitor production performance, supply availability, inventory, and capacity constraints
- Identify supply risks and coordinate recovery plans
- Maintain planning data across wafers, die, and finished goods
- Improve planning and reporting using ERP, planning, and automation tools
