About the Role
You will provide business-oriented legal advice across procurement, partnerships, product, and regulatory matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, address legal risks and disputes, train internal teams, and improve legal processes through automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm
- Commercial contracting or transactional experience
- Understanding of contract law principles
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
- Experience training others on complex ideas
- Ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on procurement, partnerships, product, regulatory compliance, and contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements
- Identify legal and operational risks and propose mitigations
- Advise on early-stage disputes and complex contract interpretations
- Drive legal automation and negotiation-process improvements
- Train internal teams on vendor and partnership negotiations
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
