About the Role
You will prepare month-end closing, reconciliations, financial reports, audit schedules, and financial analysis. You will coordinate daily finance work, support year-end audit inquiries, assist with new business initiatives, and complete assigned ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- 5 years of finance or accounting experience
- Written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare audit schedules and financial analysis
- Coordinate daily duties with internal and external parties
- Assist with year-end audit inquiries
- Support daily financial functions
- Provide accounting and financial reporting support for new business initiatives
