About the Role
You will support accounts payable, payments, invoice verification, expense tracking, reconciliations, cryptocurrency transaction records, and month-end close. You will maintain accounting and audit records, support financial and regulatory reporting, investigate reconciliation differences, and assist with finance process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable, payment processing, invoice verification, and expense tracking
- Perform bank, digital wallet, and liquidity-provider reconciliations
- Record and reconcile cryptocurrency transactions, client funds, and trading balances
- Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and management reports
- Maintain accounting schedules, supporting documents, and audit records
- Support financial and regulatory reporting
- Extract and validate reporting data
- Investigate reconciliation differences
- Assist with process improvements and automation
