About the Role

You will own core month-end close and reporting activities across multiple entities. You will prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, intercompany reconciliations, financial statement analyses, variance reports, and audit-ready workpapers. You will reconcile bank accounts, digital asset wallets, and crypto subledgers, support US GAAP reporting and disclosures, monitor cash and crypto liquidity, fund operational accounts and wallets, and execute routine crypto-to-fiat conversions and transfers. You will also use AI tools and lightweight automation to identify anomalies, accelerate reconciliations, shorten close cycles, strengthen controls, and eliminate manual work.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of progressive accounting experience under US GAAP, including exposure to complex accounting areas
• Have experience with NetSuite and high-volume reconciliations in a production environment
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Be able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Be proficient with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
• Demonstrate daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in accounting work, with concrete examples of improving close cycles, reconciliation accuracy, or manual review
• Learn new systems, standards, and tools quickly and rebuild workflows around them
• Experience supporting audits is preferred
• Experience with crypto subledger tools and systems is preferred
• Experience building lightweight automations or AI workflows using Python scripts, n8n, or prompt chains is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute and support accounting processes across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, financial integrity, and scalability
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high-volume transaction activity using AI-assisted tools
• Perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems and maintain rollforward schedules
• Perform entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare horizontal and vertical variance reports for subsidiaries
• Support the preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers for external audit cycles
• Partner with Treasury to monitor daily cash and crypto liquidity
• Fund bank accounts and wallets for accounts payable, payroll, and operational needs
• Execute routine crypto-to-fiat conversions and transfers across banking partners and wallets
• Establish strong controls and AI-assisted accounting workflows
