About the Role
You will build and maintain relationships with small-business and entrepreneur clients, manage their accounts, acquire new clients, sell banking and insurance products where licensed, and support payment services. You will meet sales targets, handle overdue-payment outreach, assist colleagues' clients, and resolve other requests from supervisors.
Requirements
- Hold a secondary-school qualification or comparable foreign education
- Demonstrate English proficiency
- Understand financial analysis and key financial indicators
- Demonstrate organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
- Demonstrate communication skills and willingness to work in a team
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain business relationships with entrepreneur and small-business clients
- Manage client portfolios, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts
- Meet business center targets
- Acquire new entrepreneur and small-business clients
- Sell life and non-life insurance products when licensed
- Inform clients about insurance products and prepare insurance offers
- Contact portfolio clients with overdue obligations to the bank
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction through high-quality service
- Sell banking products and participate in sales and cross-selling campaigns
- Support payment-service activities
- Support clients assigned to other relationship managers
- Carry out other requests from supervisors
