About the Role

You will lead electro-mechanical vehicle integration, IPC configuration, firmware flashing, and sensor calibration. You will inspect vehicles against engineering documentation, coordinate repair and refurbishment work, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, document quality and service records, improve work instructions and testing protocols, and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, quality inspection, heavy-equipment maintenance, or robotics
• Read complex electrical schematics and CAD models
• Demonstrate proficiency with Linux command-line tools, CAN bus analyzers, multimeters, precision alignment tools, and hydraulic pressure testing
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, twist, bend, and work in cramped positions
• Be available for assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead electro-mechanical vehicle integration, IPC configuration, firmware flashing, and sensor calibration
• Execute quality and first-article inspections against engineering drawings, CAD models, and electrical schematics
• Coordinate factory service, overhaul, and refurbishment activities
• Diagnose and analyze electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and wiring discrepancies
• Document non-conformance reports, inspection gates, and service histories
• Identify design-for-manufacturability improvements with Engineering
• Refine work instructions and establish testing and calibration protocols
• Mentor junior technicians
