About the Role
You will set and oversee the visual direction for creative projects, ensuring consistency across branding, advertising, and digital content. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and creative partners to develop and implement design solutions, create storyboards and prototypes, and present concepts to stakeholders. You will manage and mentor designers, provide constructive feedback, and keep the team current with industry tools and trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar senior creative role (minimum 5 years)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and leadership in design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling typography color theory and composition
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field (preferred)
