About the Role
You will coordinate named assignments for work-site personnel, account for medical and dosimetry constraints, plan training and medical visits, and support workload forecasting. You will liaise with project-preparation teams and work sites, report issues, mobilize additional resources, and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- Bac+2 or higher qualification, or confirmed equivalent resource-planning experience
- 2–5 years of experience
- Knowledge of nuclear-site intervention constraints
- Essential knowledge of reactor outage interventions
- Knowledge of Visual Planning software
- Fluent French
Responsibilities
- Coordinate named personnel assignments for work sites
- Propose anticipated assignments while considering medical and dosimetry constraints
- Plan training sessions and named session assignments
- Plan medical visits and account for employee leave
- Support workload forecasting and subcontracting decisions
- Liaise with project-preparation teams and work sites
- Report progress, issues, and arbitration needs
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives
