About the Role

You will assist with day-to-day legal and compliance administrative work. You will manage and update internal records and legal documentation, support registration and archiving of documents and reports, and help respond to official requests under supervision. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing, leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, participate in training to build your understanding of legal operations and fintech regulations, and maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high school or a technical/professional education program meeting apprenticeship criteria
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and willingness to learn legal tech platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about fintech, compliance, and legal processes
  • Intermediate English for communication

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update internal records and legal documentation in compliance systems
  • Register, organize, and archive legal documents and reports
  • Respond to official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision
